一、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)
本專業(yè)培養(yǎng)具有良好的人文素養(yǎng)、較強(qiáng)的社會(huì)責(zé)任感和良好的職業(yè)道德，德、智、體、美、勞全面發(fā)展，具有扎實(shí)的自然科學(xué)和機(jī)械工程基礎(chǔ)理論，具備較強(qiáng)的計(jì)算機(jī)和外語(yǔ)應(yīng)用能力、工程實(shí)踐能力和終身學(xué)習(xí)能力，具有創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)精神和國(guó)際視野，能夠適應(yīng)我國(guó)機(jī)械工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)要求的高素質(zhì)應(yīng)用型人才。能在機(jī)械工程及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域從事設(shè)計(jì)、制造、測(cè)控等方面的科學(xué)研究、技術(shù)研發(fā)、工藝創(chuàng)新、工程組織管理等工作，并期待畢業(yè)生畢業(yè)5年左右達(dá)成以下目標(biāo)：
目標(biāo)1：具有良好的人文社會(huì)科學(xué)素養(yǎng)和社會(huì)責(zé)任感，能夠在工作中自覺遵守職業(yè)道德和規(guī)范，履行責(zé)任；
目標(biāo)2：能夠合理選擇理論方法、實(shí)驗(yàn)方案和現(xiàn)代工具等分析和解決機(jī)械工程產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、工藝設(shè)計(jì)、產(chǎn)品制造和工程管理等工作實(shí)踐中遇到的復(fù)雜工程問題；
目標(biāo)3：熟悉機(jī)械工程領(lǐng)域行業(yè)規(guī)范和法律法規(guī)，能在工程實(shí)踐中充分考慮工程與社會(huì)、環(huán)境、法律、安全、健康及文化的關(guān)系，促進(jìn)社會(huì)的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展；
目標(biāo)4：能夠持續(xù)關(guān)注國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)代機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、智能制造與先進(jìn)制造、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+環(huán)境下的機(jī)械工程及其相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的最新進(jìn)展；
目標(biāo)5：具有創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)和終身學(xué)習(xí)的意識(shí)，能通過自主學(xué)習(xí)有意識(shí)地構(gòu)建和完善工作所需的機(jī)械工程知識(shí)體系和先進(jìn)分析手段，拓展自己的知識(shí)和能力；
目標(biāo)6：具備良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力及外語(yǔ)應(yīng)用能力，具有良好的國(guó)際視野，能在多學(xué)科、多文化背景下的工程項(xiàng)目管理團(tuán)隊(duì)和工程研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)中擔(dān)任負(fù)責(zé)人。
I.Training objectives
The major aims at developing multi-skill technology talented person with good humanity accomplishment, stronger sense of responsibility and good professional ethics, all around development of moral, intellectual, physical,aesthetics and labor education. Who has solid theoretic foundation in natural science and mechanical engineering, and has strong computer and foreign language application ability, engineering practice ability and lifelong learning ability. With the innovative entrepreneurial spirit and international vision, he can meet the requirements of the transformation and upgrading of China's machinery industry, and engage in design, manufacturing, control and measurement and other aspects in mechanical engineering and its related field, like scientific research, technology research and development, process innovation, engineering organization management and other work. Graduates of this major are supposed to achieve the following aims:
Aims 1: (Personality cultivation)  Having a good humanities sciences and social sciences quality and have a sense of social responsibility, can abide by professional ethics and norms in the work and perform duties and fulfil obligations consciously.
Aims 2: (Professionalism)  Can make appropriate choices in theoretical methods, experimental programs, and modern tools to analyze and solve complex engineering problems encountered in work practices, such as mechanical engineering product development, process design, product manufacturing, and engineering management.
Aims 3: (Society and the environment)  Familiar with industry norms and laws and regulations in the field of engineering, can fully consider the relationship between engineering and society, environment, law, safety, health and culture in engineering practice to promote the sustainable development of society.
Aims 4: (Knowledge acquirement)  Staying focus on the latest development in the field of modern mechanical design, intelligent manufacturing, advanced manufacturing and maintenance for complex electromechanical equipment under the Internet+ environment at home and abroad.
Aims 5: (renewal of knowledge) Having the spirit of innovative entrepreneurship and lifelong learning, can consciously construct and improve the mechanical engineering knowledge system and advanced analysis methods needed in the work by self-learning to develop their knowledge and skills.
Aims 6: (team communication)  Having a good communication skill, coordination skill, leadership skill and advanced ability of foreign language application. Equipped with good international perspective, he can serve as leader in engineering project management team and engineering R&D team in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural background.
