  2007.10~2009.10 湖南大學(xué) 機(jī)械與運(yùn)載工程學(xué)院 教授

  主要研究方向:
  超精密加工
  具體包括單點(diǎn)金剛石切削、超精密磨削加工等技術(shù)研發(fā)。
 ?。?)單點(diǎn)金剛石切削:銅、鋁等金屬反射鏡,高分子材料微光學(xué)元件成形模具(微射出成形、微熱壓成形)、紅外材料光學(xué)元件、繞射光學(xué)元件等加工技術(shù)研發(fā)。
  (2)超精密磨削加工:研究利用金剛石微粉砂輪(樹(shù)脂基、金屬基)斜軸磨削、單點(diǎn)磨削技術(shù)等,在超精密加工設(shè)備上通過(guò)在機(jī)測(cè)量和補(bǔ)償加工技術(shù),開(kāi)發(fā)超硬合金質(zhì)材料超精密非球面透鏡模具的加工技術(shù)。

  玻璃透鏡非球面熱模壓成形技術(shù)
  玻璃透鏡非球面熱模壓成形技術(shù)(GMP:Glass Molding Press),將在成形工藝參數(shù)諸如壓力、模壓時(shí)間、模壓溫度、加熱時(shí)間及取出時(shí)間等進(jìn)行研究和工藝優(yōu)化,提高光學(xué)元件的成品率和效率。
  超聲振動(dòng)輔助加工技術(shù)
  研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包括超聲振動(dòng)輔助磨削加工技術(shù)和超聲振動(dòng)輔助切削技術(shù)。超聲振動(dòng)輔助加工技術(shù)是加工硬脆性材料的重要加工方法之一,具有重要的理論意義和廣闊的應(yīng)用發(fā)展前景。
