  學(xué)位簡(jiǎn)歷和工作簡(jiǎn)歷:
  1965.09-1970.06就讀于四川大學(xué)生物學(xué)系,
  1982.03-1987.12就讀于美國(guó)密西根州立大學(xué)微生物學(xué)系,獲博士學(xué)位。
  1970.07-1982.02于四川大學(xué)生物學(xué)系任教,主要從事微生物學(xué)教學(xué)和科研工作;
  1988.01-至今在四川大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院從事本科生、研究生教學(xué)工作和指導(dǎo)研究生,以及分子生物學(xué)和生物技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的科研工作。
  
  研究方向及研究工作
  1)研究方向
  分子遺傳學(xué)及基因工程;基因組學(xué)。
  2)目前研究工作重點(diǎn)
    木質(zhì)纖維素降解真菌黃孢原毛平革菌(Phanerochaete chrysosporium)和粗毛栓菌(Trametes gallica)的轉(zhuǎn)錄組分析及其木質(zhì)纖維素降解酶類基因的克隆、表達(dá)和調(diào)控機(jī)制的研究;運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)酵單胞菌(Zymomonas mobilis)比較基因組學(xué)分析和基因工程菌建立;大熊貓腸道抗生素抗性細(xì)菌基因組分析及其抗性相關(guān)基因的研究;非糧高淀粉作物甘薯(Ipomoea batatas (L). Lam)的轉(zhuǎn)錄組和數(shù)字表達(dá)譜分析,以及影響淀粉產(chǎn)量相關(guān)基因的克隆、表達(dá)和應(yīng)用研究。
  3)取得的主要研究進(jìn)展
    構(gòu)建了甘薯不同組織和塊根不同發(fā)育階段的轉(zhuǎn)錄組序列、基因注釋和數(shù)字表達(dá)譜數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),克隆了多個(gè)與淀粉合成、抗逆、抗病、開(kāi)花和轉(zhuǎn)座相關(guān)基因以及它們?cè)诓煌M織或發(fā)育階段的表達(dá)規(guī)律。分別構(gòu)建了黃孢原毛平革菌和粗毛栓菌在多種培養(yǎng)條件下的轉(zhuǎn)錄組序列和基因注釋數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),在粗毛栓菌轉(zhuǎn)錄組中已發(fā)現(xiàn)多個(gè)木質(zhì)纖維素降解酶基因,如錳過(guò)氧化物酶、漆酶、木質(zhì)素過(guò)氧化物酶等基因。構(gòu)建了運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)酵單胞菌(Zymonomyces mobilis)限制修飾系統(tǒng)缺陷型菌株和可利用甘薯淀粉進(jìn)行乙醇發(fā)酵的基因工程菌,完成了3株運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)酵單胞菌的基因組測(cè)序、基因注釋和比較基因組研究。完成了2株大熊貓腸道抗生素高抗細(xì)菌的基因組測(cè)序和組裝,其中1株大腸桿菌菌株中含有多個(gè)高拷貝質(zhì)粒,這些質(zhì)粒與細(xì)菌的抗生素高抗特性相關(guān)。
