  教育背景
  學習和工作經(jīng)歷:
  1985年9月—1989年7月,山東師范大學生物系,學士學位;
  1989年9月—1992年7月,南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學農(nóng)學系,碩士學位;
  1992年9月—1995年10月,中國科學院海洋研究所,博士學位;
  1995年10月—1998年6月,山東大學微生物技術國家重點實驗室,博士后;
  1998年6月—至今,山東大學微生物技術國家重點實驗室 工作。
  2005年5月—2005年9月,美國威斯康星州立大學高級訪問學者;并先后訪問俄亥俄州立大學、UCLA、夏威夷大學、華盛頓大學西雅圖分校。
  2005年10月—2005年12月,荷蘭萊頓大學,高級訪問學者;
  2007年9月—2008年10,德國馬普學會生物物理研究所,高級訪問學者;
  2005年至今,一直與荷蘭萊頓大學、美國俄亥俄州立大學、夏威夷大學、德國馬普學會生物物理研究所保持良好的合作關系。

  研究方向
  一、海洋微生物學與海洋微生物技術
  1.深、遠海微生物資源的多樣性、重要的生命過程與環(huán)境響應。
  主要研究內(nèi)容包括:深海、極地等極端環(huán)境下微生物資源的多樣性、生命過程及其對低溫、寡營養(yǎng)等極端環(huán)境的生態(tài)適應機制;微生物參與的深海、極地等極端環(huán)境下有機氮、有機碳的降解機制及生物地球化學循環(huán)過程;深海、極地極端微生物資源及其基因資源的開發(fā)利用。
  2.海洋藍藻(藍細菌)和單細胞紅藻光合作用機理與調(diào)節(jié)
  近來主要研究內(nèi)容:藍藻和紅藻光合作用捕光復合物—藻膽蛋白、連接蛋白的結(jié)構(gòu)、功能與進化;藻膽體的三維結(jié)構(gòu)、藻膽蛋白與連接蛋白的相互作用及藻膽體自組裝的分子機制;藻膽體¬-類囊體膜光合作用光系統(tǒng)的天然超分子結(jié)構(gòu),包括藻膽體在類能體膜上的二維排列、藻膽體與光系統(tǒng)的相互作用、能量吸收傳遞過程及其對光強的生態(tài)適應機制。藻類生物能源的研究與開發(fā)。
  二、農(nóng)業(yè)微生物學與農(nóng)業(yè)微生物技術
  主要研究內(nèi)容:木霉屬真菌與植物的相互作用,包括促進植物生長、誘導植物抗病性的機制;木霉屬真菌與土壤中其它微生物的相互作用;木霉屬真菌對植物土傳病害的生物防治及其機制;木霉屬真菌微生物技術、微生物農(nóng)藥、微生物肥料的研究與開發(fā)。
  
  承擔課題
  近年來,主持承擔國家自然科學基金、國家863計劃課題、973前期專項課題、科技部國家合作重點項目、以及省部級課題等多項課題,研究經(jīng)費充足。
