  教育背景及工作經(jīng)歷:
  蘭州大學生物系細胞生物學理科碩士,日本岐阜大學生物資源科學應用微生物學博士。日本農(nóng)業(yè)生物資源研究所研究助理,生研機構特別研究員,日本學術振興會外國人特別研究員(JSPS)。2004年4月回國任山東大學微生物技術國家重點實驗室副教授、碩士生導師。2009年12月被聘為重點實驗室教授。
  
  研究方向:
  特殊環(huán)境(極端環(huán)境及白蟻腸道)中微生物及微生物酶的研究與應用。
  關鍵詞:極端酶,白蟻纖維素酶,超嗜熱古菌,遺傳轉化
  具體包括以下幾方面:
  1. 白蟻木質纖維素降解酶系研究。通過分子生物學和組學方法研究白蟻降解木質纖維素機理;
  2. 極端環(huán)境酶研究。構建文庫,篩選基因,進行高效表達,為產(chǎn)業(yè)化應用奠定基礎;
  3. 古菌遺傳轉化系統(tǒng)研究。構建敲除表達載體,研究參與古菌DNA代謝重要蛋白的生理功能。
  
  主要科研項目:
  1. 國家重點基礎研究發(fā)展計劃(973)“木質纖維素資源高效生物降解轉化中的關鍵科學問題研究”子課題:木質纖維素生物降解多樣性、新降解因子及相關機理。
  2. 國家自然科學基金重點項目: 超嗜熱古菌DNA重組修復解旋酶和核酸酶的作用機制及體內功能。
  3. 國家自然科學基金面上項目:白蟻后腸共生微生物由來新木質纖維降解酶基因的篩選與鑒定。
  4. 國家自然科學基金面上項目:利用硫化葉菌異源表達超嗜熱古菌重組蛋白的研究。
