  吳益東 老師個人簡介:
  吳益東,教授,博士生導師。1994年獲得南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學昆蟲專業(yè)博士學位,2001年晉升教授。先后在英國Rothamsted研究所、法國CIRAD和澳大利亞墨爾本大學遺傳系進行2年合作研究。長期從事農(nóng)業(yè)害蟲抗藥性研究,主持和承擔國家自然科學基金、863、轉(zhuǎn)基因生物品種培育重大科研專項、行業(yè)科技專項等課題15項。曾獲教育部科技進步獎二等獎1項(1999,第1完成人)、教育部自然科學獎二等獎1項(2006,第2完成人)、國家科學技術(shù)進步獎二等獎1項(2010,第3完成人)。先后獲得教育部首屆高校青年教師獎(1999)、江蘇省第六屆青年科技獎(2000)、江蘇省"333高層次人才培養(yǎng)工程"首批中青年科技領(lǐng)軍人才(2007)、“新世紀百千萬人才工程”國家級人選(2009)。

   * 棉鈴蟲Cry1Ac抗性顯性遺傳品系的抗性機理及適合度,國家自然科學基金,2011-2013.
   * Bt毒素Cry1Ac與棉鈴蟲中腸受體鈣粘蛋白和氨肽酶的互作,國家自然科學基金,2009-2011.
   * 棉鈴蟲對Bt棉花抗性頻率監(jiān)測與風險管理,轉(zhuǎn)基因生物新品種培育重大專項,2011-2015.
   * 小菜蛾抗藥性監(jiān)測與機理,公益性行業(yè)科技項目,2011-2015.
   * 棉鈴蟲對Bt毒素抗性的高通量分子檢測技術(shù),863項目,2007-2010.
   * 殺蟲藥劑誘導害蟲再猖獗的機制,973項目子課題骨干,2006-2010.
   * 棉鈴蟲田間種群鈣粘蛋白基因變異與對Bt毒素抗性的關(guān)系,國家自然科學基金,2006-2008.
   * 用RNA干涉技術(shù)研究棉鈴蟲細胞色素P450基因與抗藥性的關(guān)系,國家自然科學基金,2005-2007.
