  Research Interests

  1、 細胞分裂素和生長素相互作用 Auxin/cytokinin interactions

  生長素和細胞分裂素是調控植物發(fā)育的兩類重要激素,其比例和相互作用決定著細胞生長和分化的命運。我們用分子遺傳學等相關技術研究細胞分裂素如何影響生長素生物合成及極性運輸進而調控植物的生長發(fā)育。

  Auxin and cytokinin are the two classic plant hormones playing pivotal roles in plant development. It is a famous theme in plant science that the development of cells into roots or shoots is often determined by the ratio of auxin/cytokinin. We use molecular genetics to studies how cytokinin regulates auxin biosynthesis and its polar transport to influence plant development.

  2. 生殖細胞發(fā)育 Germ cell development

  植物的有性生殖涉及減數分裂(孢子發(fā)生)和配子體(花粉)發(fā)育,受多個基因調控并需要細胞間的通訊和相互協(xié)調。我們主要用擬南芥為材料分離突變體,用分子生物學手段研究大小孢子發(fā)生及其配子體發(fā)育的分子機理。

  Sexual reproduction in plants occurs via meiosis (sporogenesis) and gametophyte development under strict genetic control with highly coordination between cells. We use the current powerful tools in cell and molecular biology to study the related molecular mechanisms through isolating mutants in Arabidopsis and cloning the corresponding genes.

  項目成果

  先后主持國家自然科學基金面上、重大研究計劃和重點項目,以及973項目子課題。目前主持2項國家自然基金在研項目:

  (1)?;D移酶GFC1參與細胞分裂素信號轉導的生化和分子機理;

 ?。?)CKRC3在維持擬南芥內源生長素穩(wěn)態(tài)中的作用和機理。

  生長素和細胞分裂素是調控植物生長發(fā)育的重要激素,對它們作用機理的研究一直是國際上的熱點。

  研究成果:(1)是國際上獨立發(fā)現(xiàn)生長素生物合成IPA途徑突變體taa1的4家實驗室之一,并進一步獨立提出了細胞分裂素通過促進生長素合成并抑制其極性運輸的作用機理調控植物發(fā)育[Plant J, 66, 516–527 (2011)];(2)2004年提出胞間橋/通道功能假說(Guo & Zheng 2004),在國際上受到關注,被《Cell》、《PNAS》、《Trends Mol Med》、《Biol Rev》、《Cold Spring Harb Perspect Biol》和《Dev Biol》及相關專著所引用;(3)1990年在國際上公認為難度極大的小麥原生質體培養(yǎng)中首先實現(xiàn)再生細胞直接形成體細胞胚和再生植株。
