　　1993-2001年 衛(wèi)生部武漢生物制品研究所任助理研究員
　　2001年－現(xiàn)在，華中科技大學生命科學與技術學院中英聯(lián)合實驗室
　　2000.10-2001.2在韓國亞洲大學醫(yī)學院訪問研究
　　2003.11-2004.11在英國洛桑研究所訪問研究
　　
　　研究領域：
　　長期從事分子生物學相關研究，在基因分離、克隆、表達、遺傳轉化、轉基因植株的后代分析等方面，有著較為堅實的理論基礎和豐富的實踐經(jīng)驗。
　　
　　主持國家自然科學基金、湖北省及武漢市科技重點攻關項目等共5項：
　　1）   國家自然科學基金：小麥籽粒硬度新型主效等位基因的功能研究 (項目編號30640043)。
　　2）   湖北省科技廳研究項目：新疆抗鹽堿小麥品種基因的轉化及選育（項目編號2008BHB002）
　　3）    湖北省科技廳軟科學項目：植物分子設計育種(中歐植物生物技術國際學術研討會－中歐科技年)
　　4）   武漢市科技局科技攻關項目：“轉優(yōu)良品質(zhì)基因小麥的食品與環(huán)境安全評價”（項目編號200870834414）
　　5）   華中科技大學?？茖W研究基金“小麥籽粒硬度新型主效等位基因的功能研究”（項目編號2006M033B）
　　參加國家863、973、國家自然科學基金等重大項目的研究，已在國內(nèi)外權威及重點期刊發(fā)表第一作者研究論文十余篇。
